Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Startups: Must provide accurate financial and Legal data. Retail Innovation ventures does not guarantee funding.

Termination

Indemnification

Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru under Indian law.
Arbitration: If disputes remain unresolved, they will proceed to arbitration in Bengaluru (Arbitration Act, 1996).
